GENERAL ENQUIRIES

1. IS FITLAH A REGISTERED COMPANY?

Yes! We are a Local Singapore Registered Company with ACRA under registration number 201511727Z.

RENTAL

1. HOW DO I RENT THE FLOATS?

Simply submit your request at the Rental Form HERE or Whatsapp us @ 88121254 if you have any other enquiries.

2. HOW LONG IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RENT THE FLOATS?

Preferably 1 week in advance to secure your favourite designs. Minimum 2 days in advance as we will need 24 hours in advance to process your order after payment. If it is an urgent next day rental, please Whatsapp us @ 88121254 so we can better advise you :)

3. DO I NEED TO RENT THE PUMP? 

It will be highly recommended because the electric pump can inflate and deflate the floats. Moreover, the pump is lightweight! About 500g and palm sized :)

4. WHAT IS THE RENTAL PROCESS?

  • Let us know the float designs & dates by filling up the rental form
  • We work on a first payment first serve basis. To reserve the floats, full payment of rental fee & deposit has to be made via bank transfer to confirm your order, please do kindly transfer within 24 hours or your floats will be given to the next interested customer
  • Upon receiving payment, we will let you know the exact venue & timing with all the details via Whatsapp
  • On the day of collection, produce your IC for verification purpose. (We reserve the right to hold back the float(s) should you fail to produce your IC on collection day, no refunds will be made.)
  • Check the float(s) & electric pump within 24 hours after collection & let us know if there are any problems, failure to notify us within 24 hours will mean that the items are fine & should there be any problems, the deposit will be deducted accordingly. 

5. HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT THE FLOATS ARE IN GOOD WORKING CONDITION?

You can check the float(s) & electric pump(s) within 24 hours after collection and notify us should there be any problems. We on our hand also check the floats after the float(s) are returned by the previous renters. 

6. HOW HEAVY ARE THE FLOATS & PUMPS?

The estimated weight are as follow:

  • Small floats e.g Donut, pretzel - 500g
  • Medium floats. e.g Pineapple, pizza, watermelon - 1.7kg to 2.5kg
  • Large floats e.g Flamingo, unicorns, swans, pegasus - 2.5kg to 3kg
  • Electric Pump - 500g

PAYMENT/ DEPOSITS/ CHARGES​

1. CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

Of course you can! However, the floats will be subjected to availability.

2. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Payment is non-refundable and non-cancellation. If in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will convert the amount to store credits for future usage (valid for 1 year from receipt date).

3. DO I NEED TO PLACE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, we will require deposit amount depending on which float you are interested in. This is to ensure that we will be compensated in case float(s) are damaged upon returning. We will then assess the damages and deduct accordingly. This is basic responsibility and courtesy, thus we seek your understanding.

4. WHEN WILL THE DEPOSITS BE REFUNDED BACK?

Refunds will be done via bank transfer within 3 working days (excluding day of return) once we have verified that the return float(s) are not damaged. ​

In the event of a damaged float, we will take additional 3-5 working days to refund the remaining deposit as we will need more time to assess the situation.

5. CAN REFUNDS BE DONE ON THE DAY OF RETURN?

We apologise but we are unable to do refunds on the day of return as we will need time to check the returned items. It is not possible for us to check the floats on the spot as we need to inflate the floats for at least 24 hours (max 48 hours) to ensure they are not leaking. We seek your understanding in this matter.

6. HOW MUCH ARE THE CHARGES FOR DAMAGE FLOATS OR PUMPS?

This will depend on the degree of the damage. We will send you images of the affected areas on the floats or pumps to justify the amount we will be charging you for.

COLLECTION & RETURN

1. WHY IS THERE NO PICKUP SERVICE OVER THE WEEKEND?

We apologise but as our warehouse is not open during the weekend, hence, collection day would have to be from Monday to Friday. We do accept returns over the weekend though, the return location will be advised accordingly :)

2. WHERE IS THE COLLECTION/RETURN POINT?

Self collection point will usually be at A'Posh Bizhub on weekdays. We are open 2-6pm on most days. We will provide the exact venue & timing with all the details accordingly.

3. DO YOU PROVIDE DELIVERY SERVICE?

We do not provide delivery service at the moment, but if in the event if you really require this service, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate to your request.

4. WHY DO YOU NEED MY IC NUMBER?

The collector's IC number is to tally with our details so that there won't be a mixup in orders during pickup.

5. CAN I GET SOMEONE TO COLLECT ON MY BEHALF?

Of course! :) Please do provide us with the collector's IC number instead and please do inform us at least 24 hours before the collection date.

PURCHASES

1. IS THERE ANY WARRANTY FOR PURCHASES? 

We strongly encourage customers to check on the floats on the day of receiving. Floats can be exchanged if there is severe defect such as a tear. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days and it must be in brand new, unused condition. Upon usage, floats will no longer be exchangeable.

2. MY FLOATS HAVE STAINED, ARE THEY CONSIDERED AS DEFECTS?

Stains are not considered as defects as they are inevitable during manufacturing process. Rest assured that your floats are all brand new! These floats have really large surface & they are heavy to maneuver. Some customers may find the floats to be dusty and powdery but this is normal as powders are sprinkled on the new floats to prevent them from sticking together.

3. WHAT ARE THE MATERIALS USED FOR THE FLOATS?

Our floats are made from thick eco-friendly PVC material :)

4. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! International shipping fees are expensive and they will be borne by customers. If you are not from Singapore and wishes to purchase the floats from us, please do drop us an email to hello@fitlah.co :)

5. HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO SHIP LOCALLY?

We offer our floats at an affordable price with free shipping for all of the huge floats. We outsource and engage external courier services for all of our deliveries. The items will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days after it is shipped out from our warehouse. Cut off time for orders will be 6pm from Monday to Friday. For urgent orders, please feel free to contact us and we will try our best to accommodate :)

6. WHY ARE YOU SELLING THE FLOATS ARE A LOWER PRICE COMPARED TO OTHERS? 

Please be assured of the qualities of our floaties! We only use top grade materials for our floats! Lower price at Fitlah does not means lower quality! You have to buy to believe it for yourself :) We wouldn't want to joke with our brand xD
