Fitlah.co is one of the few online shops in Singapore that allow customers to do an exchange when their product order does not fit. It is a pleasure for us to provide such a service but as we all know, return procedures involves shipping the item to us, so there are some ground rules that we hope customers would follow in order to facilitate a faster and secure exchange process.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a return request.
Upon sending back the item(s) for exchange purposes, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to our exchange policy, and terms and conditions.
1. Ensure that item(s) stated above must be returned within 14 days from the original date of receipt unworn, unused and with all tags and labels intact. Fitlah has the rights to reject returns that do not comply.
2. Sale items and accessories (e.g. Fashion Accessories) are non-exchangeable.
3. For small items, SingPost Registered Mail is strongly recommended to be used for return items. Fitlah will NOT take certificate of posting / photographs / receipts as proof of posting due to increased fraudulent abuse. Customers will bear the risk of lost mail by using Normal Mail.
4. For huge items (eg floats), we strongly recommend you to head down to our warehouse for the exchange.
5. For defected/incorrect cases, Fitlah will only reimburse equivalent to SingPost postage regardless of other carriers used.
